What is the timeline for the design phase?
The design phase will continue through late spring. Building on the work of the design teams, administrative leaders for each function will develop proposals outlining the core organizational structures of their units. These proposals will be carefully reviewed and stress-tested to ensure they are practical, sustainable, and aligned with our mission. They will then be shared with Dean Hoekstra, who will review them with senior colleagues and leaders to ensure the proposed designs work together as a cohesive system across the FAS.
