Andrew Juraschek
Andrew Juraschek is the Managing Director for IT Strategy and Coordination for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS), the historic heart of Harvard University and one of Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT)'s largest clients. In this role, Andrew leads the development and execution of IT strategies that align with FAS priorities and fosters coordination across HUIT teams and FAS units. A member of both the HUIT Senior Leadership Team and the FAS Administration, he serves as the primary liaison between FAS and HUIT leadership, ensuring IT services effectively support the wide-ranging teaching, research, and administrative needs of the FAS community. He also represents the FAS on the Harvard University CIO Council.
Previously, Andrew was Director of Strategic Initiatives and Product Management at Harvard’s Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS), where he launched and scaled research facilitation tools and platforms in partnership with faculty, administrators, and technical staff. Before IQSS, Andrew worked at Ariadne Labs—a joint center of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health—ultimately as Chief of Staff, leading initiatives spanning finance, operations, communications, strategic planning, and development. Prior to Harvard, Andrew performed IT/AV services at a charitable organization in the United Kingdom.
Andrew holds an A.L.M. in Management from the Harvard Extension School and a B.A. with high honors in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
