Dear FAS Community,
As the term draws to a close, I want to express my heartfelt thanks.
I am profoundly grateful to every member of our community for pushing ahead the important work of our academic mission in the face of continuing challenge. Because of your perseverance, your commitment to our teaching and research, and your care for our students and for each other, the business of the FAS has continued. I know it has not been easy, and your efforts matter.
This year, we will begin our winter break a little earlier. I have designated December 22 as a holiday. Therefore, the winter recess will start at the end of the day on Thursday, December 21 and the FAS will be closed for regular business operations on December 22.
I hope the break brings you rest and time with your loved ones, and that we return restored for the important work ahead.
