A powerful inspirational speaker, Eric Alva discusses the challenges he faced while overcoming his injuries and difficulties he has encountered after leaving military life. As a Hispanic disabled vet and a gay man, Alva will share his story, including the opportunities and struggles he experienced as he managed these four intersections of diversity in his life.
