innovation techniques to confidently navigate challenging conversations. Participants will apply the IDEO Design Thinking and Linda Hill’s ‘Collective Genius’ Model in real-time scenarios to develop practical conflict resolution skills and to learn effective  
communication strategies for managing emotionally charged conversations.
