## About Our Team

The Divisional Finance team provides comprehensive financial leadership and support to departments, centers, and academic units across FAS. The team partners with academic leaders and staff to develop budgets, manage financial resources, analyze trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic decision-making. Divisional Finance also oversees day-to-day financial operations, provides guidance on University and FAS financial policies, ensures compliance and strong stewardship of funds, and helps units navigate complex financial challenges so they can focus on advancing their academic, teaching, and research missions.

Divisional Finance expects to be operational by mid-October.

##  How to Work With Us 

Each department or center is supported by an embedded Finance Lead and Finance Associate, who serve as the primary point of contact for financial and operational support. Colleagues are encouraged to work directly with their assigned finance partner whenever possible. If you're unsure who supports your unit or aren't sure where to direct a finance-related question, contact your Divisional Director, who can connect you with the right member of the team.
