The KEZIA list is an open, public listserve for any Women, Gender, and Sexuality informational emails. Members, feel free to post notices or ideas about anything of related interest. To subscribe, send an email to majordomo@fas.harvard.edu with "subscribe kezia-list" in the body of the email message.

Kezia-list@fas.harvard.edu is named after Harriot Kezia Hunt (1805-1875), an abolitionist and women's rights activist who was also one of the first women to practice medicine in the U.S. After being denied admission to Harvard Medical College, she studied medicine and went on to offer free advice, medical care, and common sense to women in Boston. Like its namesake, Kezia-list is devoted to offering free advice and information to all who need it, with a focus on the WGS community at Harvard.
