The fastest and easiest way to submit your registration information is via our online form. Please note that we do not currently accept online payment, however, and your application will not be considered complete until we receive your deposit of $300.

You may download a printable Registration Form and mail it to us. Note that if you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may enter your information on the computer before printing it, although you cannot save your information.
Your application will not be considered complete without a $300 deposit. Unfortunately, we are not able to process your deposit electronically at this time. All potential participants should mail a deposit check to:

Registration CANNOT be confirmed without a deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if the program is filled prior to the receipt of your application. Total payment is due on or before May 15, 2012.
Complete refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received before May 1, 2012. Cancellations made between May 1 and May 15, 2012 will have a $150 administrative charge deducted from the refund. Cancellations after May 15, 2012 forfeit the $300 registration deposit.
Participants
The Summer Institute is designed for college admissions personnel and secondary school counselors who function primarily in an institutional setting. From time to time, the Institute will accept applications from candidates who fall outside of these parameters, but only on a space–available basis. These candidates will be placed on a waiting list and notified by mid-May if space is available.
A certificate of completion will be awarded to each participant at the conclusion of the Institute.
