Applying to SPFCC

Our Application

The application form for SFPCC is available here in either PDF (15 KB) or Word (32 KB) format. Please download and complete the application and send it along with the $30 application fee to:

When we receive your application and fee, you will be placed on a waiting list and we will notify you when we have an opening. Entry points during the year occur in September and July. Most of our spaces have a September start date, and we typically notify a family of an opening in May/June.

The waiting list will be updated annually. Once you submit an application and fee, there is no need to re-apply for future years. If we are not able to accommodate your child in the year in which you apply, your application will automatically move up to the next classroom.
