In addition to an Annual Report, grantees who would like their funding to continue must report to the Board each year to request the renewal of their funds. Successful reporting will lead to the renewal of the grant for another year. Please name your document "YOURLASTNAME_renewal request_2017", and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to include the Renewal Request and Annual Report in one PDF that's fine, just make sure the Renewal Request is last and on its own page.
