Proposal Submission Procedure

Proposal Submission Form -- Proposals are still being accepted for the Fall 2009 - Spring 2010.

Sample Proposals - for guidance in preparing your proposal

It is requested that you please inform the FSP office as soon as you can of your intention to submit a proposal by emailing our office at seminars@fas.harvard.edu

Please have your completed proposal submitted by Thursday, May 7. The Standing Committee will be reviewing proposals on Monday, May 11.

Harvard University has contracted with a company called International SOS to provide 24 hour worldwide emergency medical and evacuation assistance for Harvard's employees and students traveling on University related activities.
