To schedule a classroom, lecture hall, or space within the Science Center:
Click on the link above; fill in all applicable fields; save document to your desktop; attach completed request form to an email; and, send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Science Center contains five lecture halls (ranging from 132 to 500 fixed chairs) and fifteen moveable, tablet-arm chair classrooms, ranging from 20-60 chairs. We have no seminar style rooms. During the fall, spring, and summer terms, classrooms tend to be in constant use for courses and sections
A reminder of a few Science Center policies:
Event Management System: Browse for available space and rooms at the Science Center. Scroll to Science Center. The default schedule is the current day. At top of page use Filter to select specific date. The 12 hour arrows to the left of the filter move the schedule forward or backward by twelve hours.

Computing Lab Locations and Resources: Computer labs at the Science Center and elsewhere on campus are reserved through HUIT.
Media Services "The Prep Room": If you need access to media equipment in a Science Center lecture hall or classroom, fill in the online Service Request form. Any department, organization, or activity not directly associated with an FAS daytime course will be charged for equipment rental and labor. Please contact the Prep Room with a minimum of 3 working days’ notice prior to your event to arrange for services.
FAS Classroom Inventory: Instructional Media Services provides recording, multimedia technology and media production services to the Faculty of Arts & Science, the Extension and Summer Schools, and the Harvard Community. Harvard Events Management: Events Mangement provides useful tools, informatio,n and resources to help create successful events and to support the diverse needs of those coordinating events at Harvard.
