Committee sponsors lectures, seminars, conferences, films, and exhibitions on
South Asia. Its various interdisciplinary seminars are open to all students and
faculty members. There is no separate degree program, but degrees can be sought
in the Department of Sanskrit and Indian Studies, which offers undergraduate concentrations
in both Sanskrit and Indian Studies. Advanced degrees (A.M., Ph.D.) are only offered
in Sanskrit and Indian studies combined, requiring the student to study advanced
Sanskrit. | ||
