House of Councilors 参議院
This is the official site for the House of Councilors. It provides no specific opinions regarding constitutional revision; however it presents activities and reports made by its own research committee on constitutional revision. The committee submitted a 455-page report in April 2005, in which it summarizes and categorizes thousands of comments made by members of the Diet from various parties, as well as speakers the committee invited to its meetings. The committee has also condensed the 455-page report into a 76-page handbook, in which it briefly introduces some controversial topics in constitutional revision. Both the report and the handbook are available on this site in PDF format.
House of Representatives 衆議院
This is the official site for the House of Representatives. It provides no specific opinions regarding constitutional revision; however, it presents the activities and reports made by its Research Commission on the Constitution and its Special Committee for Research on the Constitution of Japan. The Research Commission on the Constitution was inaugurated in January 2000, and its purpose is to conduct broad and comprehensive research on the Constitution of Japan. The committee submitted to the House a 700-page report, in which it summarizes various aspects of the current constitution, and discusses the process of constitutional revision as well. The report is available on this site in PDF form.

This is the official site for the Prime Minister of Japan and His Cabinet. The site does not provide opinions on constitutional revision. However, it has a large number of records of comments and interviews of both the current and former prime ministers. The prime ministers’ positions on constitutional revision can be found in those records.
