On November 21, 2008 members of the Constitutional Revision Research Project presented at a symposium titled "Revising Japan's Constitution: History, Headlines, and Prospects," held in conjunction with the Reischauer Institute Annual Associated Dinner. The event began at 5:00 with panel presentations, moderated by Susan J. Pharr, Reischauer Institute Directors, from Timothy George (Univ. of Rhode Island), Helen Hardacre (Harvard), Richard Samuels (MIT), Takeo Akiba (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Harvard), Alexis Dudden.
