Bibliography

This section provides references to scholarship on constitutional revision in printed and digital formats. The references are divided according to their main emphasis into categories on the Dai Nihon Teikoku Kenpō (1889), often referred to as the Meiji Constitution, Nihon Koku Kenpō (1947), often referred to as the Postwar Constitution, the Current Debate on Constitutional Revision, and Comparative Research. The Current Debate category takes the year 1990 as its starting point. Digital resources are provided in E-Resources. The bibliography is continually being updated.
