Research Administration Services Workshops on Award Administration, Budgeting, and Systems

| 11/30 | CREW Sponsored Basics | Learn to download and use the CREW Sponsored Account Report (SAR), Period Expense Report (PER) and Detail Listings (DL). Includes downloading .PDF and Comma Separated Value (csv) files, and formatting, manipulating data, and using pivot tables in Excel. | Access* to at least one Fund AND 1. ability to run the CREW Period Expense Report and Sponsored Account Report 2. ability to run CREW Detail Listing for that fund |

| 12/21 | Introduction to FASSPAR | Introduction to FAS Sponsored Program Accounting Reports (FASSPAR), an intuitive web based application created for faculty-level administrators and their PIs. GMAS Basics | Introduction to Grants Management Application Suite (GMAS), the database for all sponsored award information. Participants will learn how to search for awards and download Action Memos, Sponsor Notices, & Proposals. | Access to at least one Fund in GMAS*. |
