Stimulus (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) Funding Update
Stimulus funds are starting to come in already and the scrutiny has begun. Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) just released a list of 100 stimulus projects he believes are of questionable value. Download a summary of Harvard ARRA Awards as of 6.9.09 here.
FAS RAS is posting ARRA Specialist positions soon. Click here to download the ARRA Project Specialist Position Description. These positions will be term positions paid for by FAS, will report directly to FAS RAS, with dotted line reports to PI's and Departmental Administrators, sit in departments, and communicate directly with PI's, departments, FAS RAS and OSP to make sure that all ARRA reporting is done correctly and in a timely fashion.
