Finding Funding
The RD team can work with you to determine what available funding opportunities match your research needs and priorities. We can help you navigate the many federal, foundation, and internal Harvard funding sources and funding search databases. Proposal Development
We can help you develop the non-disciplinary elements of your proposal such as management plans, broader impacts, evaluation plans, and finding external evaluators. We have a number of resources and proposal samples available for reference. Please see our list of available proposal development tools and resources.
Programs and Workshops
Learn how to utilize research tools and resources and become more familiar with major sponsors. Research Development offers sponsor visits and programming throughout the year to help researchers and department administrators enhance their grantsmanship knowledge.
Grantsmanship Advice and Strategy
We meet with faculty or grants administrators to strategize a funding search or provide grantsmanship advice. To set up a meeting to discuss funding opportunities or proposal development, please fill out our Research Development inquiry form and tell us more about yourself and your project.
