Both fringe and vacation assessment rates for Harvard Fiscal Year 2013 (7/1/12-6/30/13) and the estimated rates for FY14- FY15 are indicated on the FAS version of the Fringe Rate Chart (.pdf). More information about fringe benefits is also posted on the Office for Sponsored Projects website.
Please note:
- Fringe must be pro-rated across fiscal years in proposal budgets, and any budgets extending beyond 6/30/15 must use the FY 2015 rates. The Current Budget Template
