The University Policy on Individual Financial Conflicts of Interest for Persons Holding Faculty and Teaching Appointments and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (“FAS”) Financial Conflict of Interest Policy serve to protect both the University and FAS Faculty reputation. The FAS designated institutional official (DIO) appointed by the FAS Dean will bear primary responsibility for implementation of the FAS Policy in accordance with guidelines developed by the Committee on Research Policy (CRP) as outlined in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (“FAS”) Financial Conflict of Interest Policy and Resources.
