Spring 2012 Supplemental Compensation Form Now Available
Faculty supplemental compensation request forms for Spring/June 2012 are now available. Please make sure that any faculty member in your department or center who plans to request supplemental salary in the second half of FY12 fills out this form and submits it to Michael Jackson in the FAS Office of Finance by Friday, February 10th.

Updated Dean's Approval Form and Guidelines
The Dean's Approval Form and corresponding Dean's Approval Guidelines on the RAS website have recently been revised to correct fringe rate inconsistencies and include protocol updates regarding fellow designation, TCD vs. MTDC, and unanticipated PI inactivity. Please consult the Dean's Approval Guidelines for full details and use fringe rates below for all proposal submissions:

New Postdoc Stipendee rates
The benefit assessment rate for stipendee postdocs (object code 6450) on federal training grants for FY12 is $843/mo. As you may already know, stipendee postdocs are supported by training or fellowship awards (e.g. NIH NRSAs).
