MESOPOTAMIA is a series of expository talks on a wide variety of applicable subjects in mathematics. The focus is on giving interested biologists of all types mathematical tools to aid their research. The level of the talks may vary by topic and speaker, but for the most part they are accessible to anyone with a grounding in basic mathematics. The talks are casual and encourage participation.
