| NELC Departmental Language Exams |
Fall 08: *These exams are one hour for students who are native speakers of English, one-and-one-half hours for students who are not native speakers of English. The language exams will consist of a passage taken from a general scholarly work, which must be translated from French/German into English. Accuracy is important.
