Visit to the Nara Kokuritsu Hakubutsukan (Nara National Museum):
The visit was organized into three principal activities: (1) presentation on the museum's collection and published catalogues; (2) tour of the annex housing the library, where we were shown the records in the catalogs, each of which contains a small size image of a given artifact owned by the museum; (3) viewing of the Kanazawa Bunko exhibition of Buddhist artifacts then on display.
