Sanders Theatre Facility and Services

Tickets:
The Harvard Box Office is located at the Holyoke Center Arcade at Holyoke Center in Harvard Square. The box office is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon-6pm. The box office at Sanders Theatre is open for performances only. For matinees it will open at noon. For evening performances it will open at 5pm. The box office is open until 1/2 hour after curtain.

Parking:
There is NO parking at Memorial Hall. Limited parking is available for Sanders Theatre events at the Broadway Garage from one hour pre-performance to one hour post-performance. The Broadway Garage is located on the corner for Broadway and Felton Streets, across form the Broadway Marketplace.
 

Access for Patrons with Disabilites:

  • Wheelchair accessible seating is availble through the Sanders Box Office either by telephone at 617.496.2222, or in person at the box office window.
  • All public restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
  • Sanders Theatre is equipped with Assisted Listening Devices, which are available one-half hour before performance time.
  • The Harvard Box Office has a TTY line for hearing impaired and deaf patrons. The number is 617.495.1642
  • For information about parking for disabled patrons, call Marie Trottier, Coordinator of the Programs for Persons with Disabilites, at 617.495.1859 (TDD 617.495.4801) during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00pm.
Latecomers:
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
 
Photography and Recording:
Use of cameras and audio recording equipment is prohibited. Film and tape will be confiscated.
 
Lost and Found:
Lost and Found items are located in the Administrative Offices. Call 617.496.4595.
 
Restrooms and Telephones:
Restrooms and Telephones are located on the Lower Level.
 
Smoking:
There is no smoking allowed in Memorial Hall.
