All events at Lowell Hall, including free events, must be ticketed by the Harvard Box Office. Contact the Manager of Student Ticketing Services (Jason Govostes, govostes@fas) for more information.
All events at Lowell Hall, including free events, must have a Harvard University Police Department detail officer present. Memorial Hall/Lowell Hall staff will arrange for this detail and expect reimbursement from the student group, check payable to Harvard University, at the initial meeting with production staff. The HUPD detail must be reimbursed before sound/light training is scheduled, and before keys are distributed to access these systems. Budget about $200 per performance. Note that this is not a new policy, but a new procedure, effective spring semester, 2009.
