REQUESTED DATE(S)

Select your group's first, second and third choice dates:

Student groups may apply to present one event in Lowell Hall each semester. In times of heavy demand, groups may be limited to one event per academic year.

Use the scroll arrows to view all available dates. Please be sure the entire group is available for all three choices. In times of heavy demand, your group may be asked to consider dates not selected.

Hold the control key to make multiple selections. (for example, to choose both a Friday and Saturday as one choice.)

2nd CHOICE:

3rd CHOICE:

If you request a Friday and Saturday, would you consider a one night event if only one date is available?

YES, though two nights are preferred, one night will work for this event.

NO, this event will only work for a two night engagement. (Check with other venues. Two night events are considered, but are less likely scheduled in Lowell Hall.)

We occasionally receive numerous applications for specific dates. Please let us know if your group is restricted to the dates requested above or if there is any flexibility.
