Administrative Offices

Memorial Hall Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. The Offices are located in the lower level of Memorial Hall in Room 027. Phone: 617.496.4595, fax 617.495.2420. The office is closed on University holidays.

Lost and Found

Lost and found is located in the Administrative office, Room 027, or call 617.496.4595. Management is not responsible for personal property of patrons and perfromers. Items not claimed will be given to charity.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available for recognized undergraduate student organizations to schedule one time or standing meetings in Memorial Hall, Loker Commons or Lowell Hall. These rooms are scheduled at the beginning of each semester and throughout the current semester. Please call 617.496.4595 or email the administrative assistant.

Note: Rooms in Loker Commons and Lowell Hall are used as support space for performances in Sanders Theatre and Lowell Hall respectively. Rooms are also used for scheduled classes throughout the semester.

Access for Patrons with Disabilities

  • Memorial Hall is wheelchair accessible. There are ramped entrances by both the Cambridge Street and Kirkland Street entries to the Transept. There is an elevator on the Cambridge Street side of the building.
  • Wheelchair accessible seating is available through The Box Office at Sanders Theatre by telephone at 617.496.2222 or in person at The Box Office window. Please note: the Orchestra section of Sanders Theatre is wheelchair accessible; Mezzanine and Balcony sections are not accessible.
  • All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
  • Sanders Theatre is equipped with Sennheiser Infraport RI 100 J headset receivers and EZT induction neck loop Assistive Listening Devices, available one-half hour before performance time at The Box Office.
  • The Harvard Box Office has a TTY line for hearing impaired patrons. The number is 617.495.1642.
  • For information about parking for disabled patrons, call the University Disability Coordinator at 617.495.1859, or TTY 617.495.4801, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
