Notes:
1. Spare Units and circuits for overhead electrics should be included on the light plot. (In other words: Plan for unexpected changes by including a few extra instruments in key areas of your plot, then you only have to turn it on and focus it.)
2. Overhead electric pipes may not exceed 50'-0" in width (25'-0" on either side of center line).
3. All electrics require a minimum of 1'-0" on the U.S. and D.S. side for scenery to pass.
4. Electrics can not change trim during a show.
5. Two-fers allowed only for L&E cyc lights.
6. Par cans can be either all wide flood (white tape) or medium floor (red tape). Some narrow and very narrow lamps exist (discuss).
7. All multi-cable must remain on the grid.
8. Booms can be built to a maximum height of 12'-0".
9. All Light plots, rigging, and safety issues to be approved and directed by the Loeb Technical Director, Stage Supervisor, and Master Electrician.
10. Any other lighting questions should be directed to the ART Master Electrician, Derek Wiles or Lighting Assistant, Tess James at the Loeb 495-2668.
