Concentrators are welcome to use the Departmental lounge and computing facilities located on the third floor of Boylston Hall. A phonetics lab where students can experiment with the acoustic and articulatory properties of the sounds of the world’s languages is located in Boylston 334. Concentrators may also visit the Department’s special collection of linguistic materials in Room B on the top floor of Widener Library. Access to these locations can be obtained from the Department Office.
