Advanced Student (G-4+) Annual Progress Reports

The one-page G4+ annual progress report should be submitted by email to the Coordinator of Graduate Studies no later than December 15 each year.

1) student full name
2) G-year
3) current address and phone number
4) advisor name
5) dissertation committee members (and university affiliation if outside Harvard)
6) working dissertation title
7) dissertation research/writing completed during current academic year
8) number of proposed dissertation chapters
9) dissertation chapters completed during current year
10) total number of dissertation chapters completed
11) funding received (if any); also include non-academic awards/honors
12) teaching responsibilities (current academic year)
13) other employment (current academic year)
14) papers written/published (current academic year)
15) conference presentations (current academic year)
16) goals for next academic year
17) expected completion date

Students are encouraged to submit a dissertation outline (if available) and current CV with the report.
