Advanced students (G4+) are asked to submit an annual progress report by April 25, 2008. Students are encouraged to submit a dissertation outline (if available) and current academic CV. Both the form and the attached files can be submitted online, through MyHistory.

1. Log in to MyHistory
2. In navigation menu: 'Grad Program' --> 'Progress Report'
3. File a report for the current year (you can edit it later by returning to this page)
4. Update CV and dissertation outline on the 'My Uploads' page
5. Assign the CV and outline uploads to the proper usage slots (also on 'My Uploads')
