Angus Burgin

AAngus Burginngus Burgin is an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University working on the history of the United States in a global context since the late nineteenth century. He completed his AB at Harvard University in 2002 and recently submitted his dissertation, "The Return of Laissez-Faire," for the November 2009 PhD degree. His current research explores the transatlantic history of conservative political and economic thought between the late 1920s and the early 1970s.
