A series of seminar discussions on the Transnational History of Health in Southeast Asia will be held at Harvard over the period 2011 to 2014. The series is being conducted in connection with the 100th anniversary of the China Medical Board in 2014. As part of the celebration of the anniversary, the China Medical Board has initiated three historical projects, on China, Southeast Asia, and the history of philanthropy in China, and a major video/film project. Selected academic work from these and other projects will be presented at the seminar series.
