M: Yes.

M: He was bad.
S: Yeah he was. He's kind of an idiot.
M: He is an idiot. He was bad.
S: ...
M: Did you hear him?
S: Mom, I have to go to sleep.

This triggered a tirade about JFK's PT-109 torpedo boat and how "the whole goddamn crew was asleep" and how "the Japs issued an order to destroy all PT109s."
