2009 HCSIP Documentary NEW FEATURE!

The Harvard China Fund launched the Harvard China Student Internship Program (HCSIP) in summer 2008, a collaborative effort involving Harvard's Office of Career Services (OCS) and Office of International Programs (OIP) together with Chinese corporations and US companies in China. The program aims to create transformational experiences for Harvard College students as they prepare for a lifelong engagement with China. Students will be introduced to modern China through their internship placements, and gain an introduction to Chinese history and culture while learning how Harvard alumni live and work in the region.
In summer 2009, the HCSIP will send Harvard College students to the Greater China region (mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). The program will run from June 15 - August 21, 2009 and will again be co-sponsored by the Harvard China Fund and Harvard's Office of Career Services and Office of International Programs. It will be administered by the Harvard Shanghai Office, with support from in the Harvard China Fund's Cambridge Office.
