Important Dates to Remember

• FY08 Year-End Closing Dates:
  • First Close - Thursday, July 3
  • Second Close - Friday, July 11
  • Third Close - Friday, July 18

University Financial Services

• Questions concerning accounts payable, vendors, invoices, travel reimbursements, corporate card payments and other related issues should go to the new Customer Service Cluster A at 617-998-1111. Payroll questions should continue to go to the FAS Payroll Services Group.  Questions regarding policy (spending guidelines, startup funds, exceptions to policy) should be directed to Michael Jackson or Josh Dunn.

FYI - We now register for classes in PeopleSoft instead of through Harvie.

New Purchasing Card Issuer

• JP Morgan Chase will be replacing GE Capital as our Pcard issuer, effective July 25, 2008. Current Pcard holders will automatically receive their replacement cards the week of July 21st. Please contact Josh Dunn (dunn@fas.harvard.edu) if you have any questions.
