Stochastic Modeling of Shear Flow Turbulence

The goal of the project on stochastic modeling of shear flow turbulence is to develop theory and models for fully developed turbulence in strongly sheared flow based on analysis of the stochastic dynamics of the underlying highly non-normal dynamical system supporting the turbulence..
