Pre-registration for the 2008 conference is strongly encouraged, as seating will be limited. Sign-in begins at 9 AM each day. Registered conference participants are invited to enjoy coffee and muffins each morning, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and a festive reception on Friday evening. Schedule of Fees:
