Dudley House Undergraduate Website

Welcome to Dudley House

Dudley House enthusiastically serves a small community of undergraduates, as well as students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Dudley House undergraduates include residents of the Dudley Co-op, non-resident students who have never lived in a Harvard residential House, and non-resident students who have switched their affiliation to Dudley after moving out of a residential House. This eclective mix of members is one of the particular pleasures of Dudley.

Students living outside of the residential Houses express great appreciation for:

  • The chance to know other students selecting this option
  • Dudley's aggressive outreach ("it's impossible to fall off the screen")
  • The House's individualistic and holistic approach to advising
  • The House's central location and offering of space for casual meetings
  • The broad and deep programming resulting from the combined efforts of Fellows, Tutors, and House Committee.

Undergraduates are encouraged to come by the House Office on the Third Floor of Lehman Hall, to check out other parts of the building, and to meet the staff. Dudley is known for its friendliness and its determination to see that undergraduates use the opportunities at Harvard fully and contentedly.
