Hi everyone! I'm Charlie, and I'm in the Germanic Languages department. I'm also completing a secondary field in Film and Visual studies, which fits nicely with my plans for the year at Dudley House. I will be leading groups to a variety of film screenings both on and off-campus, as well as organizing more casual in-house viewings when the mood strikes. I also look forward to visiting the many galleries and museums and taking in the great theater that the Boston area has to offer. Hello! I'm Katie - a student in the Slavic Literature and Languages Department, studying medieval Slavic culture and early Russian Orthodoxy. At Dudley, I wear many hats...and knit many socks. I'll be organizing the Dudley knitting group, where all are welcome to come and knit - we'll even teach you how! I also hope to bring lots of dancing into the house, with free lessons and trips to dance venues. I'm happy to hear ideas for more crafty events, dance opportunities, and anything artsy you might have in mind!
