ATTENTION: EXAMINATION INFORMATION Just a reminder that the January 2006 Tentative Final Exam Schedule can be found on the Registrar’s website on or before November 18th.
In Absentia Examinations Copies of the updated Application for In Absentia Examination can be found on the Registrar’s website.
Students, who need to be absent during the January Examination period, January 14-24, including students enrolled in an approved Study Abroad Program through the Office of International Programs, need to fill out an application for each in absentia examination. As you are aware, the Administrative Board must approve each petition for an in absentia examination.
Students should read all pages of the Application for In Absentia Examinations, including In Absentia Examination Rules and Regulations and the Student Responsibilities for In Absentia Examinations. The application is due 30 days before the scheduled examination date. Sr. Tutors should sign the form only when students have COMPLETELY filled out the Application with the Professor’s signature, and all information regarding their proctor.
Applications should be returned in person to 20 Garden St., Rm. 13, located in the basement. The primary contact for In Absentia exams is Regina Laskowski.

Request for Out of Sequence Exam due to Religious Obligations Students who need to reschedule an exam because of religious obligations can access the form Request for Out of Sequence Exam due to Religious Obligations from the Registrar’s website, and email it to the Exams Office (fasexams@fas.harvard.edu), or return it in person to the Exams Office, 20 Garden Street, Rm. 12, located in the basement. The deadline for the Request for Out of Sequence Exam due to Religious Obligations is the last day of scheduled classes, December 20.

Concurrent Exams Students who have conflicting exam times on the FAS Schedule of Exams will be contacted by the Exams Office before Winter Recess. Anyone who believes they have a conflict with an exam that is not on the FAS Schedule of Exams should contact the Exams Office immediately. If there are any questions, please contact the FAS Office of Examinations at fasexams@fas.harvard.edu or 617-495-1542.
