Research Interests

Interests: dental development and structure, three-dimensional tooth structures in early human development

Bio: I am an undergraduate at Harvard University, majoring in History of Science (with a focus in human evolutionary biology) and pursuing a minor in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology. In fall 2011, I worked under Emma Sherratt, a postdoctoral fellow in Harvard’s OEB Department’s Losos Lab, using VG Studio Max software to analyze micro-CT scans of Anolis lizard amber fossil specimens.

I now work in the Dental Hard Tissue lab under Dr. Tanya Smith and Dr. Akiko Kato, assessing the volume of developing teeth in micro-CT scans of human fetal skulls, using VG Studio MAX software.
