There is no registration fee for the Workshop, but please return this form by April 4 if you plan to attend.

We would be happy to receive citations to specific materials (online or other) that you feel are particularly valuable for teaching or researching topics related to the Americas in the European imagination, 1500-1825. We also solicit syllabi and/or reading lists on the subject (we will add them to our online collection of syllabi after the Workshop). We will collect the materials submitted and distribute a booklet including them to Workshop participants.
