Application Cover Letter
Dear Applicant:You will find from the links below application materials for the August 2008 meeting of the International Seminar on the History of the Atlantic World.
Please follow the links to find the forms you need:
- an application form in Word
- an application form in PDF
- a Word version of the Seminar announcement, which may be duplicated for your referees
- the same Announcement in PDF;
- a referee form in Word (you will need two copies)
- the referee form in PDF
- a brief explanation of the Seminar’s purposes and organization
N.B.: Applicants who fax their applications to the Seminar office should also send an email indicating they have done so, in case problems with the transmission occur. Although we are generally as flexible as possible about the deadline, we cannot be responsible for applications that fail to arrive because of postal or equipment failures. We are happy to accept application materials as email attachments, but please use the following email address for that purpose: pdenault@fas.harvard.edu.
Applications and supporting materials are due by April 30, 2008; decisions will be made by late May. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Seminar Office.
