In China (Mainland or Taiwan)

Academia Sinica (Taiwan)
Within the Academia Sinica, each research institute has its own library. Of particular value to scholars of Sino-Japanese conflict is the Guo Tingyi tushuguan, the library of the Institute of Modern History. Researchers interested in Taiwan’s role in Sino-Japanese conflict should consult A Catalogue of Archives and Documents Related to the History of Taiwan. 13 volumes. Taibei: National Taiwan University, 1997. For those interested in Sino-Japanese conflict, there exist three particularly important volumes: in this series: Catalogue of Documents Related to the History of Taiwan in the National Archives of Japan (1 vol); Catalogue of Documents Related to the History of Taiwan Held in U.S. National Archives and the UN Archives (1 vol); and Grand Secretariat Archives Held at the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica (1 vol).

Sino-Japanese Relations (University of California, Santa Barbara)
"Sino-Japanese Studies (SJS) was conceived as a journal devoted to studies of China and Japan together, irrespective of discipline or time period. For many that would take the form of comparative Sino-Japanese research, while for others that meant actual Sino-Japanese interactions. Everyone involved has been committed to fostering this sub-field which at once both covers both the China and the Japan fields while, at the same time, examines where these two meet."
