Convention Exhibitors and Advertisers
Each year approximately sixty publishers, non-profit organizations, and other interested companies and organizations take the opportunity to present their products and/or services to attendees at the Association's National Convention. (Depending on the location of the convention, the attendance ranges from 1,400 to over 1,800 people.)
Many exhibitors also choose to place an advertisement in the National Convention Program distributed at the convention.
Organizations and companies interested in exhibiting at the 2009 convention and purchasing a booth in the Exhibit Hall and who have not yet obtained an exhibit / advertising kit should contact:

Exhibitors who have already obtained booths may get an exhibitors kit by going to the Vista Convention Services website at www.vistacs.com - once you are on the website, click on the exhibitor login. The user name is AAASS09 and the password is 2009BOSTON. Please note that these are case sensitive.
