Ordinarily, grades are available at the Course and Grade Report
website each term beginning ten days from the last day of the final
exam period. Parents are sent grades for the year in July; in addition,
parents of freshmen are sent grades after the end of the fall term.
Students who need to know their grades before they are reported by
the Registrar should contact their professors directly. Students who
need additional copies of their grades may request a transcript.
The reports generated using these pages are internal documents
intended for the students' use only. They are not official
transcripts. Please be aware that the course and grade information
reported is subject to change, particularly during the enrollment
and grade processing periods each term.
Any questions you may have concerning reported courses and
grades should be directed to the Registrar's Office. Undergraduates
should telephone (617) 495-4655 and graduate students should
telephone (617) 495-1519. The Registrar's Office is open Monday
through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except holidays.

the data presented in the reports.
Close your Web browser when you are finished as the
information you have just seen remains in the browser's memory
until you close the browser. Close and exit your browser

view your grade reports.
Remember: Keep your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
confidential, just as you would with your bank ATM PIN.
