This page provides links to the various venues applications forms.
Billing Information Form
The Billing Information Form is used by us to track shows and their purchases.
It is required to be filled out before anything is ordered on a Harvard
account.
Agassiz Equipment Loan Form
Equipment meant for use in Agassiz can sometimes be borrowed by other
shows on campus. It must be cleared in advance and there are strict requirements
as to use. We also have complete toolkits available.
Rights and Royalties
If you are doing a show that is still under copyright, you most likely
need to pay someone for the rights to perform it. Read this before contacting
the Performance Rights holder.
Production Deadline Generator
This webpage will generate a list of tasks and dates by which they should
be completed based on the opening and closing dates of your show. Some
of the items are Agassiz-specific, but many apply to all events at Harvard.
Liablity Release Form
All non-undergraduate users of Harvard College Theatres must fill out
a liablity release form and return it to the manager of the space in which
the show is being performed.

Safety Guidelines
Federal, State, and Harvard regulations concerning health and safety of
performers, crew, and audience. You'll also find a required safety poster
for all campus performance venues.
How to Buy or Rent Things
Here we explain how to purchase things from our vendors(and from us) and
how much they may cost. Also contains instructions on renting sound and
lighting equipment.
Costumes
and Props
Most shows will need to borrow costumes and/or props from the Loeb Drama
